Yesterday I took our Hands-On team of girls to evangelize in Mukuba. We evangelized to 12 people and saw 1 man, Joe, make a decision. Pray that his decision was genuine and produces spiritual fruit in his life. Also pray for Mr. M as he was very close to choosing to trust in Christ but he did not do so yet. However, Mr. M did come to our weekly discipleship group and he brought his brother too!
Our little discipleship group had 13 people last night and it continues to grow via relationships. Not everyone sticks around but those who have remained grow deeper in their faith and in relationships with each other. We pray that this group will be used by God to start a church in Mukuba area.
As we evangelized yesterday, we also took time to survey some future options for meeting as a church. We found a set of shops with an open-air lean-to in the back. We think we could rent a shop for Sunday School and storage of church items and worship in the lien-to. It even has bathrooms already! Again, this is just an initial thought. The options in Mukuba are numerous for meeting as a church. We even thought of just starting by renting a house since most of the houses in this area are built with very large sitting rooms which could be used as a worship hall, bedrooms for Sunday School and storage, bathrooms, and kitchen.

The Lord continues to call more to salvation.
The Lord makes a way for a church to be planted.
The discipleship to continue to grow and deepen.
